Expertise
Jake Grandstaff has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He began working in 2001 as an apprentice electrician. He worked his way from the field into the office, where he became an estimator and project manager.

Upon graduating from Weber State University with a BS in Construction Management in 2009, Mr. Grandstaff went on to law school, where he attended Barry University School of Law. He continued to work in the construction industry as an estimator and project manager until he started his own general contracting company in 2018.

Mr. Grandstaff is a preferred contractor with the Veteran’s Affairs hospital and has completed several projects on their Salt Lake City campus. He has experience from the subcontracting to general contracting level of projects throughout his 20 years of industry experience.
