The parties being registered as Construction Professionals form this partnership as a Limited Liability Limited Partnership to serve Government Agencies and Private Sector Clients. It was formed to create a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business under the laws of the State of Florida to render construction management, design, and engineering consulting services pursuant to § 620.1101-620.2205 et seq. of the Florida Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2005. The Partnership is formed in a manner of individuals and entities that shall meet the requirements of Chapter 13 CFR § 125.18 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations.
